Are prices subject to change? TOP
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices shown are net prices exclusive of all other costs, including, shipping; handling; insurance; taxes; or the cost of special packaging or other services.  To save create an account by clicking onto "wholesale".  There's no charge, and you'll receive special discounts.

Returns/Exchanges? TOP
** Customer satisfaction is very important to Tracey Ambrose W.R.A.P.  I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases. However, since all my items are custom, made to order items and are wearables - I do not accept returns or offer refunds. As each and every item is handmade with painstaking love, I do not accept returns, unless the item was misrepresented.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Do you accept credit cards? TOP

Payment Options
            We accept major credit cards issued by U.S. banks, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.  Once your credit card is approved, you will be notified via email confirming your order and an estimate delivery date.  When order is shipped, an email will be sent to confirm shipment.  If your credit card failed, notification will be sent via email and how to resubmit your payment.  We do not accept checks, money orders or credit cards issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks, or C.O.D. orders. Please do not send cash.

Credit Card Processing
            Credit card orders require your name, billing address and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement, the card number, expiration date, and Card Verification Code the 3-digit number on the card's signature strip for Discover, MasterCard, or Visa; the 4 digit un embossed number on the front of the Amex card.

Is my information private? TOP
Your personal information is not shared.  The information requested is only used to process your order.

When will I receive my order? TOP

           Delivery date for items by Tracey Ambrose W.R.A.P. range from 7-10 business days to 4-6 weeks depending on the item(s) purchased.  Please feel free to view delivery time for each category:
Hats:  7-10 business days
Handbags:  10-14 business days
Accessories:  10-14 business days
Neck Warmers:  7-14 business days
Ponchos/Sweaters:  4-6 weeks
Capelet:  2-3 weeks
 
*** Remember... each item/garment is hand crocheted when ordered, thus the length of delivery dates.  Contact us for express delivery and special requests.

Shipping TOP

All orders are shipped United States Parcel Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted/indicated.  The shipping and handling charge is a flat rate of $7.00 for all orders under $150.00.  Orders over $150.00, please contact us by email:  customerservice@tsawraps.com to receive a quote.
 
Tsawraps will gladly combine shipping for mulitple purchases made at one time.  We will include delivery confirmation on packages. Insurance is optional and is $1.65 per every $50.00. Please let me know if you want insurance on your package before checkout by email:  customerservice@tsawraps.com so that the amount can be added to your total.

How do I care for your items? TOP
Preferably:  hand wash (with delicate detergent)/spot clean, wring out excess water inside a towel, dry flat or tumble dry low; OR machine delicate wash (in delicate detergent), dry flat or tumble dry low.

Can you gift wrap my purchase? TOP
            Tracey Ambrose W.R.A.P. is happy to offer gift-wrapping services on most items provided by Favored Favorites (www.favoredfavorites.com). Please contact us for pricing.  Note: When you specify during checkout that an order is a gift, the invoice enclosed with the order will not show the order price or shipping charge.  You will be notified/contacted by us via email confirming gift-wrapping price(s).

How many in stock? TOP

Inventory
In keeping the integrity of Tracey Ambrose W.R.A.P., we've established a JIT (just in time) inventory for all items.  In laymen terms, all items are crocheted when ordered.  Rarely are there multiple items in stock.
